We sell physical merchandise including, but not limited to, apparel, prints, and stickers.

We make reasonable efforts to accurately display product descriptions, images, colours, and sizing. However:

  • Colours may vary depending on your device or screen settings.
  • Sizing may vary slightly between production runs.
  • Minor variations do not constitute a fault.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue items at any time without notice.

3. Orders

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
  • All information provided is accurate and complete.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where:

  • A product is unavailable
  • There is a pricing or listing error
  • We suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity

If payment has already been processed for a cancelled order, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

Payments are processed securely via third-party providers including WooCommerce, Stripe, and Afterpay. We do not store full payment details on our servers.

If you choose to pay using Afterpay, you agree to Afterpay’s separate terms and conditions.

5. Shipping

Shipping timeframes provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Postal or courier services
  • Customs processing
  • Incorrect delivery details provided at checkout

Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping information is accurate. We are not liable for parcels lost due to incorrect addresses entered by the customer.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or tariffs imposed by their country.

Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery to the address provided.

6. Returns and Refunds

Your rights are governed by the Australian Consumer Law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantees provided under Australian Consumer Law.

If a product has a major failure, you are entitled to a replacement or refund. If a product has a minor failure, we may offer repair or replacement.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind unless expressly stated in our Refund & Returns Policy.

Returned items must not be worn, washed, altered, or damaged (unless faulty).

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to artwork, designs, flash, graphics, logos, images, product photography, and text, is the property of either Bonin Black Pty Ltd T/A Hellraiser Tattoo or the artist who produced the design and is protected under Australian copyright law.

  • Digitally reproduce
  • Commercially exploit

any artwork or design without prior written permission.

Purchasing merchandise does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property rights.

  • Our total liability for any claim relating to goods purchased through this website is limited to the amount paid for the goods.
