This Refund & Returns Policy applies to all purchases made through the Hellraiser Tattoo online store operated by Bonin Black Pty Ltd T/A Hellraiser Tattoo (ABN 36 681 224 902).

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

Please choose carefully before purchasing, including reviewing sizing charts and product descriptions.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is:

  • Faulty
  • Damaged in transit
  • Incorrect (not what you ordered)

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs showing the fault or damage

We will assess the issue and respond within a reasonable timeframe.

Consumer Guarantees

Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a remedy if a product:

  • Has a major failure
  • Is not of acceptable quality
  • Is not fit for its intended purpose
  • Does not match its description

If a product has a major failure, you are entitled to choose a refund or replacement.

If a product has a minor failure, we may choose to repair or replace the item within a reasonable time.

Return Conditions

Where a return is approved:

  • Items must be returned in their original condition.
  • Items must not be worn, washed, altered, or damaged (unless faulty).
  • Original packaging should be included where possible.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Return Shipping Costs

If the item is confirmed to be faulty or incorrect, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs.

If the item is not faulty and does not meet the requirements of this policy, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend using tracked shipping, as we are not responsible for items lost in return transit.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Stripe payments will be refunded to the original card used.
  • Afterpay purchases will be processed in accordance with Afterpay’s terms.

Refund processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Sale Items and Limited Releases

Items marked as sale, clearance, limited edition, or final release are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.

This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Exchanges

Please choose sizes carefully. In the event you wish to exchange we are happy to do so, but the item must be unworn and/or in original condition, and all shipping costs are to be covered by you.

International Orders

For international orders:

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or tariffs.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

If an international order is refused or returned due to unpaid customs charges, original shipping costs are non-refundable.
